Cancellations And Refunds

Our Cancellation & Refund Policy — Clear guidelines to help you manage bookings, reschedules, and refunds smoothly as you commit to your health and wellness goals.

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel a service, please review the following terms:

One-on-One Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty.

Group Classes & Programs: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Subscription Services: Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime, but refunds will not be provided for the current billing cycle.

Emergency Cancellations: In case of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us, and we will evaluate refund or rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Our services are tailored for each individual, and refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Digital & Downloadable Products: Due to the nature of digital materials (e-books, workout plans, meal guides, etc.), these are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Prepaid Packages & Memberships: Refunds will only be provided if a cancellation request is made within 7 days of purchase and the package has not been used.

Fitness Consultations & Online Programs: If you are dissatisfied with a service, please reach out within 7 days of your first session to discuss possible resolutions, including partial refunds or credit toward future services.

3. No-Show Policy

If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show and may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

4. Exceptions & Special Cases

We are committed to customer satisfaction and will review requests for cancellations, returns, or refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you experience extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly.
